ROCK Restaurant in Hunter Valley is a new fine dining destination for food and wine lovers. ROCK Restaurant is set to become one of Australia's dining benchmarks. Contemporary Australian cuisine with classical French influence. Open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for dinner from 6:30pm to late.

Firestick Cafe is the daytime sister of ROCK Restaurant. The philosophy of Firestick Cafe is to provide diners beautiful cafe food at reasonable prices to compliment the large portfolio of Poole's Rock Wines. Diners have a choice of light lunches and snacks, traditional wood-fired pizzas and breads or elegant cafe fare. Open Monday to Sunday for lunch from 12pm to 5pm and 9:30am onwards for light snacks and coffee. We do not offer breakfast menu currently.
